Qualifications

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• Hands-on support for enterprise networking and cybersecurity environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot firewall environments including VPNs, routing, segmentation, NAT, and security services.
• Administer switching environments and support network troubleshooting activities.
• Implement and maintain network segmentation and security controls.
• Support privileged access management and administrative access controls.
• Manage and improve endpoint detection and response capabilities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with container and Kubernetes security initiatives.
• Investigate and remediate infrastructure and security-related incidents.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and resilience testing.
• Maintain network diagrams, firewall documentation, and security procedures.
• Implement and support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Education: Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in Network Engineering, Infrastructure Support, or Security Engineering roles
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise networking and cybersecurity environments
  • Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations advantageous
