Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking an NEC Project Manager for an East London assignment. This full-time, temporary role focuses on end-to-end NEC system implementations across multiple modules.

You will lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment and go-live, coordinate workstreams and manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, with emphasis on governance, risk, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering NEC system implementations across multiple modules.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of project governance, RAIDD and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NEC system implementations across multiple modules.
• Manage requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Coordinate concurrent NEC workstreams and align across modules.
• Oversee integrations between NEC systems and third-party apps.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans with scope and milestones.
• Manage governance, change control, and risk mitigation.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, suppliers, and teams.
• Lead cross-functional delivery to achieve milestones.
• Coordinate UAT, testing plans, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.
