SET Recruitment Consultants in Cape Town is seeking a Contracts Administrator for an 18 month contract. You will manage end-to-end NEC ECC3/ECC4 contract administration, document control, reporting and governance across project lifecycles.

Stakeholder coordination with project teams, clients and suppliers is a key part of this role. The ideal candidate has NEC3/NEC4 accreditation (preferred), at least five years in project administration with NEC contract experience on infrastructure or

Qualifications

• Qualification or relevant experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, Project Management or Contract Management.
• NEC3/NEC4 accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years project administration experience with at least 3 years NEC ECC3/ECC4 contract administration on infrastructure, energy, water, mining or industrial projects.
• Experience with NEC ECC3/ECC4, contract registers and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC ECC3/ECC4 contracts, including early warnings, compensation events and notifications.
• Prepare and maintain contract registers and related correspondence.
• Monitor contract time-bars and response periods.
• Assist with programme submissions and acceptance tracking.
• Support payment applications, budgets and commercial reporting.
• Organise meetings, minutes and action tracking.
• Manage document transmittals, revisions and filing.
• Submit project documents to client document management systems.
