Job summary

NTCSA seeks an experienced contract management specialist to analyse requirements, implement governance, and enhance reporting on contracts and performance. Located at Megawatt Park, Sunninghill, the role covers advisory functions and managing disputes in a permanent capacity.

The candidate should have a strong background in FIDIC/NEC contracts, governance development, and data-driven reporting, with at least five years of relevant experience and a Bachelor-level qualification.

Qualifications

• Five years of contract management experience with emphasis on claims, compensation events, variations and disputes.
• Experience with FIDIC and NEC standard forms and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to establish governance frameworks and analyse project data.

Introduction

Experience

Contract management with emphasis on claims, compensation, events, variations and disputes under International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and New Engineering Contract (NEC) standard form contracts and commercial negotiations. Extensive multidisciplinary contract and project management experience.
