PayJoy is seeking a Head of National Sales in South Africa to lead growth in retail and distribution for phone rental services. The role demands a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and who can build and scale a national sales strategy across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include directing regional teams, managing promoter networks, achieving QoQ growth, and delivering data-driven insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a senior sales management position.
• Proven experience negotiating with retailers and distributors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a nationwide sales force.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead Territory/Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to meet objectives.
• Manage promoter agencies and promoter sales force across channels.
• Design and execute a scalable national sales strategy with growth goals.
• Drive sales execution with KAMs and PayJoy teams to hit targets.
• Build strategic relationships with partners and key decision-makers.
