Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in information technology or related field.
• 7+ years IT operations experience.
• Experience managing regional or field support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional IT operations teams supporting store and DC.
• Ensure incident, request, and problem management processes are followed with clear SLAs.
• Coordinate hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, and asset tracking.
