Job summary

Dis-ChemPharmacies hasanopportunityavailablefora National IT Operations Lead that will be responsible for management, maintenance, and support of end-user and on-premises infrastructure at stores, distribution centers, and offices. This includes laptops, routers, POS terminals, Wi-Fi devices, and in-store systems. The role ensures reliable on-site technology operations and supports new store rollouts.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in information technology or related
• 7+ years’ experience in IT operations, preferably in retail or distribution environments.
• Experience managing regional or field support

Responsibilities

Operations and support:

• Oversee regional IT operations teams supporting store and DC
• Ensure incident, request, and problem management processes are followed with clear SLAs.
• Coordinate hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, and asset tracking.

New store and change delivery:

• Work with Retail Platforms and Infrastructure tribes to deliver IT components for new stores and refurbishments.
• Ensure site readiness for network, POS, and end-user devices before
• Support major roll-outs and upgrades (e.g., POS refresh, network changes) in stores and DCs.

Governance and collaboration:

• Enforce security and access control policies for end-user devices and local
• Provide operational input into infrastructure and platform design
• Manage third-party field services providers where used
