Job summary

JenRecruitment PTY Ltd seeks an Internal Finance Co-Ordinator to manage book values in Pastel and liaise with the CEO/FD daily. You will ensure timely payments, handle creditors and debtors, and support branch finances across 10 SA branches and a Namibia branch.

This role requires strong admin support, VAT/PAYE processing, month-end tasks, and accurate financial record-keeping. Start date soonest; relevant qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate is required.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Pastel Accounting experience is essential.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Certificates/Diplomas related to the position must be supplied.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping to Trial Balance.
• Manage cashbooks, creditors and debtors.
• Maintain Asset Register and VAT/PAYE filings.
• Reconcile bank accounts and control accounts.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and budgets.
• General admin duties and monthly close tasks.
