Job summary

The Internal Finance Co-Ordinator role at JenRecruitment oversees finances for 10 South African branches and a Namibia branch, using Pastel Evolution. You will work with the CEO/FD to ensure timely payments, maintain accurate records, and provide strong admin support while representing the company professionally.

Key duties include creditors, debtors, VAT, PAYE, cashbooks, reconciliations, and monthly forecasts and budgets, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Pastel Evolution accounting software proficiency is essential.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar finance role.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping to Trial Balance and cashbooks.
• Creditors and Debtors management.
• Reconcile bank and control accounts; VAT/PAYE submissions.
