Job summary

Lesley Snyman & Associates in Gauteng seeks a Lead IT professional to run the internal IT function across Head Office and multiple branches, ensuring reliable infrastructure, secure systems and effective end-user support. You will oversee multi-site IT operations, manage third‑party vendors, and drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity documentation.

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD (Entra ID), networking and multi-site support is required to ensure

Certifications in CompTIA A+/Network+ or ITIL are advantageous.
3-6 years in internal IT support or similar in-house IT roles.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Admin of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, Wi‑Fi and ISP management.
Experience with end-user hardware, software and peripherals.
Experience in multi-site or multi-branch IT support with remote support.
Experience in managing 3rd-party IT vendors and service providers.
Cybersecurity administration, endpoint protection, and Defender.

Responsibilities

Lead the internal IT function across Head Office and branches.
Maintain network infrastructure, connectivity, servers and related systems.
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users across locations.
Oversee IT hardware procurement, asset registers and lifecycle.
Drive cybersecurity, endpoint protection and access control.
Manage third‑party IT vendors and software subscriptions.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding, user provisioning and licences.
Develop and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery and business continuity docs.
Manage printers, peripherals and end-user devices across sites.
