Placements24 is seeking a Senior Childcare Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple facilities in and around Randburg, Gauteng. You will ensure high standards of care, safety, and educational programming, while leading strategic planning, budgets, and staff development.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and compliance with regulatory standards, with travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive childcare management or multi-site operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of childcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple childcare centers.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, safety, and profitability.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for all centers.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, licensing, and safety standards.
• Lead center directors and staff, fostering a positive work environment.
