Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in childcare with 2+ in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and licensing.

Responsibilities
