Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
• Previous vehicle sales experience within a motorcycle dealership environment is essential
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Valid South African driver’s license with motorcycle license endorsement preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer literate with experience using CRM and sales management systems
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Motor Industry experience Essential!

Responsabilités

• Sell new and pre-owned motorcycles in line with dealership sales objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and motorcycle demonstrations
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and finance solutions
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting activities
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular contact with prospective customers
• Negotiate sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
• Promote motorcycle accessories, extended warranties, service plans, and insurance products
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the dealership CRM system
• Ensure all sales documentation complies with dealership and regulatory requirements
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry trends
