Smollan is seeking an energetic IM Field Trainer to drive product mastery and empower sales teams across flagship devices and growth models in key retail channels, hubs, call centers, and service provider premises.

You will deliver hands-on product training, design assessments, and manage training logistics while coordinating with regional teams to ensure timely, effective knowledge transfer and measurable sales impact.

Formación

• Experience in delivering hands-on training in a retail or technology environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan logistics and manage schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Dynamic Facilitation & Knowledge Delivery: deliver modular trainings on flagship devices and strategic handsets.
• Assessment & Evaluation: design, administer and mark tests to gauge knowledge retention.
• Open & Regional Sessions: plan and execute training across regional premises and retail hubs.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated on product/market knowledge through calls and meetings.
• Training Needs Analysis and Logistics: assess regional needs and manage training logistics.
• Proactive Scheduling: maintain 30-day calendars for various training audiences.
• Coordination: align schedules with regional specialists and central calendar.
• Implementation & Delivery: run Train-the-Trainer workshops and end-user trainings.
• Target Achievement & QA: hit monthly delivery metrics and oversee quality of training.
• In-Field Assessments & Reporting: evaluate staff performance and report ROI and expenditure.
• Professional Excellence: manage workload, adapt to change, follow compliance.
