Job summary

CV (Christian Vision) is seeking a Data Analyst to join Mission Operations. You will build and maintain reporting, ensure data quality, and provide reliable data across initiatives to enable informed decisions and scalable insights.

Collaborating with the Data & Insights Strategist and Marketing Strategist, you will develop scalable dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio, validate data, and contribute to leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in data, insights, strategy, or research roles with ability to translate data into actionable insight.
• Strong ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and ongoing development of reporting across Mission initiatives to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Looker Studio) to support teams and leadership.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis requests with accurate, well‑structured data.
• Collaborate with Data & Insights team to support data pipelines, models, and integration.
• Validate and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across platforms and reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, tracking issues, and inconsistencies.
• Support analysis of experiments, campaigns, and performance data (e.g. A/B testing).
• Work with strategists to implement reporting aligned to priorities and pioneer AI‑enabled workflows.
• Contribute to improving data structure, access, and usage across initiatives.
• Prepare data for senior leadership reporting.
