EXL South Africa in Cape Town is seeking an exceptional MIS Manager for our UK P&C Vertical to lead reporting and analytics. You will oversee the MIS function and drive dashboards, automation, and data-driven decisions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, deliver actionable insights, and guide a high-performing analytics team in a dynamic environment. This role offers significant impact and visibility within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferential.
• Certification in Power BI, SQL, Data Analytics or BI is highly preferential.
• 5–7 years' experience in MIS, Reporting, BI, Analytics, or Workforce Reporting.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in Contact Centre, BPO, financial services, or insurance operations preferred.
