Based in Cape Town, this strictly office-based role involves shift work aligned with US time zones. You will develop dashboards, automate reports, and leverage SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau and AI tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIS, reporting and data analytics.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; Python/Power BI/Tableau desirable.
• Experience building reports and dashboards and identifying data discrepancies.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
• BPO experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and management information systems
• Extract and analyse data using SQL to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, and business trends
• Provide data-driven insights to improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Automate reporting processes and maintain data accuracy
• Lead reporting projects and initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve existing processes
• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and analytical workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and management information systems
• Extract and analyse data using SQL to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, and business trends
• Provide data-driven insights to improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Automate reporting processes and maintain data accuracy
• Lead reporting projects and initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve existing processes
• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and analytical workflows

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an MIS role
• Strong MIS, reporting, and data analytics experience
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with Python, Power BI, Tableau, and/or SharePoint
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot
• Proven ability to build reports and dashboards, analyse data, and identify discrepancies
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• BPO experience is an advantage
