Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Data Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights and reporting frameworks. You will work with Technical, Product, and Sales teams to deliver dashboards that drive business performance and support decision-making.

You will develop reporting automation, monitor data quality, and contribute to market intelligence, while ensuring compliance and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric and a relevant qualification in data analytics or BI is advantageous.
• Data analytics or BI certifications are advantageous.
• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, or sales/customer reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyse, and interpret business data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Create reports, visualisations, and insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor operational, technical, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards to measure business performance.
• Support product and technical teams through compliance reporting and documentation analysis.
• Monitor document review cycles, certifications, and compliance information.
• Analyse market intelligence, customer trends, and content utilisation data.
• Generate lead intelligence and actionable market insights for sales.
• Support knowledge management and continuous improvement programmes.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education:
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or related field advantageous
  • Data Analytics or Business Intelligence certifications advantageous
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, customer service reporting, or sales reporting environments
  • Experience working with business intelligence and reporting platforms
  • Experience working with ERP systems advantageous
• Technical Skills:
  • Power BI or similar Business Intelligence platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Dashboard development and reporting automation
  • Data modelling and data visualisation
  • Data cleansing and validation techniques
  • Market intelligence and reporting analysis
  • SQL and database querying advantageous
  • ERP systems such as SAP advantageous
