Job summary

Metropolitan is seeking an MIS Specialist to support distribution channels with trend analysis, risk monitoring and business insights. The role focuses on creating accurate departmental reporting packs and dashboards to assist informed decision-making.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and 3–5 years in MIS reporting, data analysis, risk analysis or BI. Strong Excel, Power BI, SQL and automation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Risk Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Risk Analysis, Compliance Monitoring or Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data trends, identify anomalies, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support internal and external audits, governance activities, and management reporting requirements.
• Develop and deliver accurate, insightful departmental reporting packs and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and business standards.
• Enable informed decision-making through data-driven insights and trend analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating reporting processes and enhancing reporting efficiency.
