Network Finance seeks an MIS & BI Specialist to lead trusted management information and BI initiatives that boost operational performance, productivity, and customer experience across Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Planning, HR, Marketing and E‑commerce.

You will translate business needs into dashboards, reports, models, and automation while driving data governance, quality, and security and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's level degree or diploma required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in BI, MIS, data analytics, or related information management environment.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, suppliers, and technology initiatives.
• Experience across requirements gathering, systems implementation, testing, documentation, and user adoption.
• Exposure to retail, e-commerce, inventory, or multi‑site environments is advantageous.

As the MIS & BI Specialist, you will lead the delivery of trusted management information and business intelligence solutions that improve operational performance, productivity, and customer experience. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Planning, HR, Marketing, and E-commerce, you will translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards, reports, analytical models, systems improvements, and automation initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience

• 5+ years' experience within Business Intelligence, MIS, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or a related information management environment.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, and technology initiatives.
• Experience across requirements gathering, systems implementation, testing, documentation, and user adoption.
• Exposure to retail, e-commerce, inventory, or multi-site environments will be advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience in data modelling and data validation.
• Experience with modern reporting and business intelligence platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, data integrations, and data pipeline concepts.
• Knowledge of information governance, access management, and information security principles.
• Exposure to workflow automation and responsible AI solutions would be beneficial.
