Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as a BI Analyst, Database Developer, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of database design and data analytics (Power BI preferred).
• At least 3+ years' experience with Power BI/Tableau, MS SQL, SSRS/SSIS/SSAS, and data warehousing.

The BI Analystis responsible fortranslating data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The role involves working across the full BI lifecycle, including requirements gathering, data modelling, report development, and ongoing optimisation of reporting solutions.

This role requires a strong balance between technical capability and business engagement, with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification (degree, diploma, or certificate) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Informatics, or Data Analytics)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• 4+ years' experience as a BI Analyst, Database Developer, or similar role
• Solid understanding of database design and data analytics (preferably Power BI)

At least 3+ years' experiencein most of the below tools/technologies:

• Power BI and/or Tableau
• MS SQL
• SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
• Exposure to Big Data tools (e.g., Hive, Spark, etc.)
• Exposure to predictive analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Alteryx)
• Data warehousing, data consolidation, and reporting
