Qualifications

• BTech Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 3+ years of industrial or mining sales experience.
• Strong technical sales background.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical product benefits.

Responsibilities

• Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrate understanding of Henkel's products to communicate features and benefits to clients.
• Cultivate sustainable client relationships to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare sales presentations addressing client concerns and close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure receivables are up to date.
