Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in industrial engineering with a focus on process improvement.
• Experience in mining or heavy industry is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and process mapping skills; Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mining and processing operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct studies on production workflows, material handling, and equipment utilization.
• Propose changes to layouts and processes to boost productivity and safety.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Use data analysis tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with site management to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Build business cases for projects, including cost-benefit analyses.
• Track progress and impact of improvements.
• Provide training and support to operational teams on new processes.
