Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and relevant blasting certification are required or highly desirable.
• Certifications for blasting and load-handling are preferred to ensure safety compliance.
• Valid operating licences and tickets improve eligibility for the role.

Responsibilities

• Re-fill the truck at loading points under supervision of the Truck Operator.
• Assist the Truck Operator with pre-use inspections and site housekeeping.
• Ensure safety and SHEQ compliance while handling materials and loads.
• Support calibration and maintenance tasks on truck equipment as needed.
• Assist with sampling, measurement, and correct hole charging procedures.
