Job summary

Howden, a Chart Industries Company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mining and industrial equipment projects from quotation through delivery. You will coordinate across Engineering, Drawing Office, Quality, Site Services, Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires a Degree/National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, PMP certification, 5+ years of project management, 3–5 years in mining/industrial, strong communication skills, a Code 08

Qualifications

• Degree or national diploma in mechanical engineering.
• PM certification (e.g., PMP).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• 3–5 years of mining/industrial experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for mining/industrial equipment.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Prepare and manage repair cost estimates and tender responses.
• Negotiate schedules, pricing and delivery with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor project cash flow and profitability.
• Ensure safety, quality and timely project completion.
