Qualifications

• 3–5 years' proven experience selling earthmoving, mining, construction, or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the mining, construction, quarrying, and plant hire sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key industry stakeholders.
• Conduct customer visits, site assessments, equipment demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Prepare professional quotations, tenders, and sales proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to delivery and after-sales support.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate and conclude high-value equipment sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer requirements.
• Work closely with technical, parts, and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
