Placements24 in Rustenburg is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to source and place engineers, geologists, technicians and other technical professionals for mining and engineering clients. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding.

The role requires 3–5 years in technical recruitment, strong interview and assessment skills, proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools, and a proactive candidate-engagement approach in a fast-paced, hybrid work

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in technical recruitment, ideally mining/engineering sectors.
• Ability to source hard-to-find technical talent and assess competency.
• Experience with ATS and various recruitment tools.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with mining/engineering clients to understand staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding processes.
• Manage candidate relations and build a network of professionals.
• Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
