Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical account management in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, compliance, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts within the mining environment.
• Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to ensure service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and safety regulations (MHSA, OHSA).
• Compile and submit accurate month-end, quarterly, and risk management reports.
• Maintain and monitor Section 21 documentation and compliance files.
• Review site risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure client satisfaction ratings of 80% or higher.
• Oversee stock levels, repairs, sales orders, and operational reporting.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with branch administration to manage PODs, COCs, and invoicing.
• Monitor budget performance and justify monthly variances.
