This role is central to the strategic and operational success of the mine, involving the development of short, medium, and long-term mine plans to optimize resource extraction, production, and profitability. You will work closely with geology, surveying, and operations teams to ensure plans are technically sound, economically viable, and aligned with safety and environmental standards. The position demands strong technical skills in mine design software and excellent analytical abilities to tackle complex planning challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize short, medium, and long-term mine plans using specialized software.
• Conduct geological modeling and resource estimation interpretation to inform planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.

• Strong understanding of geological principles, surveying, and geotechnical considerations.
