• Proven leadership to manage large teams and drive performance.
• Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control in mining context.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mine, from production and maintenance to personnel management and compliance. This is a critical role in the Gauteng industrial heartland, driving the success of a key resource extraction asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all daily mining operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource extraction and minimize costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Manage the mine budget, capital expenditure, and resource allocation effectively.

Requirements
