Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Valid Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency (SA).
• Minimum 10 years in mining operations with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record in managing complex mining operations and achieving production/financial goals.
• Strong understanding of underground mining methodologies and technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing all facets of mine operations, including safety, production, financial performance, and human resources. You will be responsible for ensuring the mine operates efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards. This is a pivotal position for an individual with a proven track record of leadership in the mining industry , driving continuous improvement and fostering a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
