PepsiCo Inc. in Krugersdorp is seeking a Milling Operator to oversee wheat milling operations, ensuring product quality and process efficiency. You will control grist, manage cleaning and conditioning, run milling equipment, and implement the shift milling plan in a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires attention to material stock levels, adherence to food safety standards, and active supervision of team discipline to maintain productivity and waste reduction.

Formación

• Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000 and quality management systems.
• IT skills and computer literacy are required.
• GMF/ SAGMA Advanced Milling Qualification will be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Overview

To efficiently convert wheat into high-quality flour that meets all customer specifications, Safety, Food safety and Quality standards, and production requirements, while maximizing extraction rates, optimizing costs, and minimizing waste to ensure sustainable and profitable operations.

Responsibilities
