Responsibilities

• Quality Management System (QMS): Develop and maintain a robust QMS tailored to microwave transmission projects. Standardize quality processes, checklists, and procedures for site acceptance, path alignment, equipment installation, and testing. Ensure compliance with industry standards and client-specific requirements.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Lead national quality control efforts across all microwave projects. Define KPIs and quality benchmarks for internal teams and contractors. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with installation guidelines and safety protocols. Oversee quality of MW equipment installations including antenna alignment, grounding, waveguide pressurization, and weatherproofing.

Qualifications

• No specific formal qualification required; relevant work experience is the key.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in microwave systems, telecom projects, or quality management.
• Candidates with strong demonstrated expertise in the field may be considered with 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or project management within national telecom projects is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of microwave networks, components, and performance standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
