Job summary

AtripleA Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Microsoft Sales Specialist for a Pretoria-hybrid role. You will grow the Microsoft cloud business by identifying, developing and closing opportunities across Microsoft 365, Azure, security, copilot, CSP licensing and managed services.

You will collaborate with technical teams and drive revenue targets. Required are 3+ years ICT solution sales experience, a relevant tertiary qualification, and Microsoft cloud or sales certifications.

Qualifications

• Matric (grade 12) is required.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in business, sales, marketing, IT, commerce, or related field.
• Microsoft, cloud, or sales methodology certifications/training.
• Minimum 3+ years ICT solution sales experience.
• Experience selling Microsoft cloud solutions, licensing, cloud services, or managed services.
• Experience in a Microsoft partner, CSP, MSP, SI, IT reseller, or cloud services environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a Microsoft cloud sales pipeline.
• Develop new business while expanding existing relationships.
• Conduct consultative, solution-led engagements to understand business needs.
• Identify and close opportunities across Microsoft 365, Azure, security, Copilot and managed services.
• Prepare proposals, business cases and customer presentations.
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer-focused Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Achieve revenue, gross profit and recurring revenue targets with CRM accuracy.
