Qualifications

• Degree required in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in mineral processing operations.
• Strong knowledge of comminution, flotation and leaching.
• Proficiency in metallurgical accounting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance and target improvements in recovery, grade, and throughput.
• Conduct lab and pilot tests to evaluate processing techniques.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement efficiency improvements.
