Numan is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own and optimise our Meta account daily, reporting to the Head of Growth. You will translate strategy into live activity, manage feeds in Smartly, and contribute to a fast-growing creative engine.

You’ll shape campaigns, analyse performance across formats, and collaborate with brand, CRO and data teams to drive CAC and LTV improvements. The role offers coaching from Meta specialists and room to grow within growth remit.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years in paid social, hands-on in Meta Ads Manager with meaningful spend.
• Experience turning creative analysis into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Build and launch campaigns quickly in Meta Ads Manager from new account builds to large uploads.
• Implement the Senior Paid Social Lead's strategy, including account structure changes.
• Optimize daily across budgets, bidding, audiences and placements with clear rationale.
• Maintain account health through performance monitoring and diagnostics.
• Handle ad policy, disapprovals and healthcare-compliance guardrails.
• Manage feeds in Smartly and support template-led production.
• Ensure bulk uploads and QA are tight to avoid errors.
• Leverage AI and automation to speed up launches, QA and reporting.
• Analyze creative performance across formats and styles and report insights.
