Job summary

Managed People Solutions Pty invites TVET graduates to join an 18‑month internship programme in Dundonald, Mpumalanga. Selected candidates will train as Junior Merchandisers, gaining hands-on experience and industry exposure within a retail merchandising team.

Applicants must be under 28 years old and hold an N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management or Marketing Management. A stipend of R3,500 per month is offered for the duration of the programme.

Qualifications

• Under the age of 28 years old.
• N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management or Marketing Management.

Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised.
• Draw stock requirements.
• Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags.
• Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
• Feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests.
• Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions.
• Effectively record merchandising activities.
• Execute calls as per call cycle.
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products.
