Job summary

Qualifications

• Under 28 years of age.
• Holds an N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management or Marketing Management.

Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised.
• Draw stock requirements.
• Check vintage and product quality on the shelf, stock rotation and price tags.
• Execute merchandising activities per cycle brief.
• Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries and requests.
• Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions.
• Record merchandising activities accurately.
• Perform call cycle duties as required.
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products.
