Managed People Solutions Pty invites young TVET graduates to join an 18‑month internship programme as Junior Merchandisers in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. Candidates must have completed an N6 TVET Certificate and be under 28 years old.

A monthly stipend of R3 500 is offered while gaining hands‑on experience. The role covers stock determination, cycle-based merchandising, customer feedback, and promotions knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining stock to merchandize.
• Draw stock requirements.
• Check shelf vintage, quality, rotation and prices.
• Execute merchandising activities per cycle brief.
• Provide feedback on customer questions and requests.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Record merchandising activities accurately.
• Make calls as per cycle plan.
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock items.
