About the Role

You will be responsible for executing merchandising plans, liaising with store managers, managing stock levels on shelves, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. A certificate or diploma in Marketing or Retail Management is advantageous.
• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a related role within the FMCG industry.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising principles and planogram execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling between stores.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders if necessary.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Must be based in or willing to travel frequently within Soweto, Gauteng and surrounding areas. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is a strong asset.
