About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores regularly to ensure products are stocked, neatly arranged, and displayed according to company planograms and merchandising guidelines.
• Implement promotional displays and point-of-sale materials to maximize product visibility and impact.
• Monitor stock levels on shelves and in backrooms, reporting any stock discrepancies or potential shortages to store management and the sales team.
• Ensure that all products are correctly priced and that shelf tags are accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization within designated product areas, ensuring a professional presentation.
• Build positive relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate effective merchandising execution in Mossel Bay.

Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail stock management, or a similar role is advantageous, especially within the FMCG industry.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual presentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple store visits efficiently.
