Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores regularly to implement product merchandising strategies and plans.
• Ensure products are correctly priced, stocked, and displayed according to company guidelines and planograms.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure optimal product placement and support.
• Identify and report on in-store issues, such as stockouts, damaged products, or competitor activity.
• Execute promotional campaigns and ensure all point-of-sale materials are correctly displayed.
• Monitor stock levels on shelves and request replenishment as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized product displays.
• Provide feedback to the sales team and management on store conditions and customer insights.
