Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Draughtsman for a Stellenbosch-based consultancy. You will join a collaborative team delivering building services projects across residential and hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities include developing detailed Revit models, producing construction drawings, and coordinating with architects and engineers while upholding project standards and BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an MEP Revit Draughtsman.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Experience within a consulting engineering or building services environment.
• Residential or hotel MEP experience will be highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Revit modelling and technical drawing standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP models using Revit.
• Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Assist engineers with the development and coordination of building services designs.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Make revisions and updates to drawings and models as required.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project and company standards.
• Assist with multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
• Liaise with engineers and other project team members to ensure accurate project deliverables.
• Contribute to efficient BIM and Revit workflows.
• Take on increasing responsibility as technical skills and experience develop within the business.
