Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management or relevant.
• Minimum 8 years in construction procurement, public sector preferred.
• FIDIC, NEC3, JBCC contract knowledge.
• CIDB regulations understanding.
• Intermediate Excel, Word and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure infrastructure goods and services to meet project timelines.
• Provide advisory support to Bid Evaluation Committees.
• Prepare procurement strategy with requesting departments.
• Ensure contract records and spend are tracked in ROP/ROC.
• Manage risk, internal controls, and audit responses.
