Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in SCM or relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years in construction procurement.
• Experience with large-scale contracts and public sector procurement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure goods and services align with project timelines.
• Conduct market analysis for procurement items.
• Develop procurement strategies with requesting departments.
• Adhere to procurement plans and defined timelines.
• Provide advisory support to Bid Evaluation Committees.
• Conduct Expressions of Interest and RFIs as needed.
