EMGuidance is seeking a full-time Product Manager in Cape Town with a hybrid setup, up to 50% office time. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of new features, map user journeys, and align with clinical governance while collaborating with clinical, engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities include writing clear specs, prioritising the backlog, and defining success metrics. Experience in healthcare is a strong advantage; AI-enabled product ideas are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new features from discovery to launch.
• Map user journeys, workflows and feature flows before development.
• Assess feature fit within EMGuidance platform architecture and content.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap with leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering and design in sprint planning and reviews.
• Gather input from healthcare professionals and partners through interviews and usability testing.
• Translate partner and client requirements into product solutions.
• Ensure features are clinically sound and aligned with guidelines.
• Define success metrics and track adoption post-launch.
