Placements24 in Centurion, South Africa, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of core insurance technology platforms. This role offers a hybrid work model balancing essential in-office collaboration with remote work.

You will work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product vision, strategy, and the roadmap, translate market needs into requirements, and guide products through their lifecycle with a strong user-centric focus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years in Product Management, ideally in insurance/financial services tech.
• Proven track record of launching and managing software products.

Responsabilidades

• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for insurance technology products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog and manage sprints with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to create intuitive interfaces.
• Oversee lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support for adoption and satisfaction.
