Job summary

Target Pathology Laboratory (TargetLab) is seeking an energetic Medical Sales Representative to drive business development across Mpumalanga. You will build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare facilities to grow referral networks and laboratory test volumes.

You will conduct face-to-face meetings, promote pathology solutions, manage a territory plan, and strive to meet monthly doctor acquisition targets while delivering excellent customer service at healthcare events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a relevant field.
• Medical sales experience is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong business development and negotiation abilities.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities among GPs, Specialists, and Clinics.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Present TargetLab’s pathology solutions and service offerings.
• Maintain a structured territory plan and sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly doctor acquisition targets.
• Resolve client concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
• Represent TargetLab at healthcare events and networking opportunities.
