Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or Medical Technology preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory medicine, or related healthcare field.
• At least 1–2 years proven track record of achieving commercial and sales targets.
• Experience in distributor management and business development.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets across Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
• Develop new business with public and private healthcare sectors.
• Manage key customer relationships and strategic accounts.
• Support tenders, contract negotiations, and renewals.
• Deliver product education and customer support.
• Partner with distributors and internal teams to ensure business success.
• Drive menu expansion and customer retention initiatives.
