Job summary

Austell Pharmaceuticals seeks a Medical Aesthetics Sales Representative in Pretoria to promote our aesthetics portfolio and build strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and healthcare professionals. You will drive sales growth, participate in product launches, and deliver training sessions across the region.

The role requires a medical or related degree, 2+ years in healthcare sales, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a medical or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience calling on Dermatologists and Aesthetic Doctors.
Experience in pharmaceutical, aesthetics, or healthcare sales.
Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and attend conferences/workshops.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with Dermatologists, Aesthetic Doctors, Neurologists, and other healthcare professionals
Promote Austell's medical aesthetics and neuroscience portfolios
Drive sales growth and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Launch new products within the portfolio
Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
Provide ongoing product support and education to customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
Ensure all activities comply with industry and regulatory requirements
